Job Title: International Chat Process that is a combination of work from home and work from office(Contractual Role for 3 Months)

: The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing customer support and resolving issues through Chats and other electronic communications.

Skills Required:

- Robust verbal communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ability to handle inbound customer queries effectively by understanding customer concerns and providing suitable resolutions.
- Strong multitasking and coordination skills.
- Excellent judgment to evaluate situations and provide effective solutions.
- Willingness and ability to work in rotational shifts (24x7).

Job Details:

- Rotational US shifts, including midnight shifts.
- 5 days working; 2 rotational week-offs.
- Educational certificates are mandatory.
- Must be flexible to work from the office and home based on the business requirement.




- Immediate joiners preferred, based on the company's requirements.

Qualifications:

- Intermediate (10+2)/Diploma (10+3)
- Graduation(Not Mandatory)

Experience:

- 0-1 years.

Age Criteria:

- 18 years to 35 years.

Salary: 2.55 LPA(15k In hand Salary) + 5k retention bonus each month for 3 months will be paid after the contract closure. DOJ - 20th Sept 2026
