for Main Plant Operations:

- Operate, monitor and control Boiler, Turbine, Generator (BTG) and associated auxiliaries through DCS/PLC systems.
- Handle start-up, shutdown, normal operation and emergency situations while ensuring safe and reliable plant operation.
- Monitor critical operating parameters and take corrective actions to maintain plant efficiency, reliability and environmental compliance.
- Coordinate with Maintenance teams for equipment shutdowns, isolations and restoration activities.
- Operate and monitor Coal Handling Plant and Ash Handling Systems.
- Generate deficiency reports, SAP notifications, work permits and operational log sheets.
- Troubleshoot process abnormalities and equipment malfunctions to prevent system failures.
- Ensure adherence to safety procedures, SOPs and valuable housekeeping practices.
- Monitor resource consumption and plant performance to achieve optimum operating efficiency.

for Mechanical Maintenance Section:

- Execute preventive, predictive, breakdown and shutdown maintenance activities with a strong focus on safety and quality.
- Plan and coordinate maintenance schedules with cross-functional O&M; teams.




- Perform defect analysis, root cause identification and implement corrective actions to improve equipment reliability.
- Supervise maintenance activities of plant equipment and ensure compliance with safety, health and environmental standards.
- Coordinate and monitor activities of contractors, technicians and vendor personnel.
- Manage inventory, spare parts planning and procurement-related activities.
- Prepare maintenance documentation, reports and technical records.
- Utilize SAP for notifications, work orders, material management and maintenance tracking.
- Support plant improvement initiatives, reliability enhancement programs, IMS and 5S activities.

for Electrical Maintenance Section:

- Execute preventive, predictive, breakdown and shutdown maintenance activities of electrical systems with safety and quality compliance.
- Supervise maintenance and troubleshooting of HT/LT switchgear, motors, transformers, motorized valve actuators and DC systems.
- Carry out defect analysis, root cause investigation and corrective actions to improve equipment reliability and availability.
- Coordinate maintenance activities with various O&M; departments and contractors.
- Monitor and support testing,



inspection and maintenance of switchyard equipment including CTs, PTs, breakers, isolators and lightning arresters.
- Oversee electrical system health through routine inspections, thermography observations and preventive maintenance programs.
- Manage spare parts, maintenance documentation, reports and manpower deployment.
- Utilize SAP for notifications, work orders, permits, material management and maintenance tracking.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, HIRA, MSRA, SOPs, IMS and other plant improvement initiatives.

for Civil:

- Execute and supervise civil construction, maintenance and infrastructure development activities with a strong focus on safety, quality and timely completion.
- Monitor civil works including RCC structures, roads, foundations, boundary walls and other plant infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors and cross-functional teams for project planning and execution.
- Carry out site surveys, layout marking, measurements and progress monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with drawings, technical specifications, quality standards and statutory requirements.
- Prepare project documentation, billing records, site reports and execution updates.
- Monitor project schedules, resource utilization and cost control to ensure timely completion.
- Utilize AutoCAD and related software for project planning, documentation and reporting.
- Support plant infrastructure improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to HSE standards.
