Major Responsibilities

- Perform business processing activities across various levels of complexity for assigned collection processes.

- Complete assigned workload accurately and within established timelines.

- Prioritize urgent tasks and deliverables to meet business requirements and service levels.

- Communicate effectively with external collectors, brokers, and clients to clarify requests and resolve queries.

- Support operational excellence through quality reviews, reporting, escalation management, training, and coaching activities.

- Learn new processes and work types and provide cross-training/knowledge transfer to team members.

- Assist in onboarding and training new hires on existing processes and procedures.

- Prepare, analyze, and submit reconciliation reports to Collection Managers.

- Draft and send business-related correspondence to brokers and other stakeholders.

- Research payment-related issues and prepare reports required by the Home Office.

- Maintain process compliance, accuracy, and quality standards.





- Handle client/stakeholder calls and ensure accurate documentation of discussions and action items.

- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Key Requirements

- Experience in Reporting, MIS, or Operations Reporting activities.

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis, and report preparation.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to interact confidently with clients and stakeholders through calls and email communications.

- Experience in handling calls and preparing detailed call notes, meeting minutes, and follow-up actions.

- Solid analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.

- Good organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail.

- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience in Collections, Insurance Operations, or Financial Services BPO will be an added advantage
