1. Shift Executive

Responsibilities:

- Manage shift-wise production operations by ensuring product quality, manpower utilization, hygiene, safety, and SOP compliance.

- Monitor CCPs, control losses and material consumption, update ERP production data, and prepare operational reports.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Graduate/Diploma in Dairy Technology, Food Technology, Production, or relevant discipline with production-shift experience.

- Knowledge of dairy/food manufacturing, GMP, HACCP, CCP, ISO documentation, ERP, and team handling.

2) Operator

Responsibilities:

- Perform electrical operations, preventive maintenance, and breakdown maintenance to ensure uninterrupted plant power supply.

- Follow safety procedures and raise material indents for required electrical spares and equipment.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- ITI/Diploma in Electrical with experience in electrical maintenance in a dairy, food, FMCG, or manufacturing plant.

- Knowledge of motors, panels, electrical equipment, safety practices, and willingness to work in shifts.

3) Accounts Assistant

Responsibilities:





- Update finance and accounts data in SAP; process payables, receivables, petty cash, bank reconciliation, and ledger scrutiny.

- Support GST, Income Tax, audit compliance, fixed-asset records, stock reconciliation, and expense-budget monitoring.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- B.Com/M.Com with experience in plant accounts, SAP, GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and MS Excel.

- Candidates with manufacturing, dairy, FMCG, or plant-accounting experience will be preferred.

4) Instrumentation Executive

Responsibilities:

- Execute preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant instrumentation, PLC, SCADA, DCS, and electrical systems.

- Calibrate instruments, maintain records, analyze failures, manage spares, and ensure GMP, ISO, and safety compliance.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Diploma/B.Tech in Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical, or relevant discipline with plant-maintenance experience.

- Hands-on knowledge of PLC, SCADA, DCS, calibration, sensors, transmitters, flow meters, and pneumatic systems is required.
