We are hiring for the position of Manager Operations | Repayment Maintenance.

Walk-In Dates: 27th & 28th August 2026

Interview Timing: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Location: Chennai

Experience: 5+ Years

Qualification: Any UG

Reporting To: VP Operations

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete NACH/eNACH mandate lifecycle, including registration, validation, modification, cancellation and status tracking.
- Monitor auto-debit transactions, mandate success/failure rates and exceptions.
- Manage reconciliation of mandate and repayment data with bank/payment system records.
- Resolve transaction failures, mandate rejects, returns and operational discrepancies.
- Prepare and circulate daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.
- Coordinate with banks, NPCI/payment partners, technology, collections, finance and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to NPCI guidelines, SOPs, internal controls and audit requirements.
- Monitor operational TATs and ensure timely closure of pending cases and exceptions.
- Identify process gaps and drive automation and continuous process improvements.
- Manage team responsibilities, productivity and operational SLAs.





Preferred Candidate Profile

- 5+ years of relevant experience in Banking, NBFC, Fintech, Payment Operations, NACH/eNACH or Repayment Operations.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of NACH, eNACH, mandate management and auto-debit processes.
- Good understanding of NPCI processes and guidelines.
- Experience in reconciliation, MIS, exception management and operational controls.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline.
