This is a field-based Operations Supervisor role involving door-to-door waste collection, coordination with drivers, supervision of workers, vehicle loading/unloading, waste weighing, and daily operational reporting. Freshers & graduates from B.A., B.Com, B.Sc., BBA, BCA or any other graduation stream can apply.

Willingness to work PAN India is mandatory.

Comfortable with door-to-door waste collection & field visits.

Must be comfortable coordinating with drivers and workers.

Must be willing to supervise waste collection, vehicle loading/unloading, weighing & material handling.

Basic data entry, record keeping and daily reporting will be required.

About the Role:

The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for:

i) Supervising door-to-door waste collection operations.

ii) Vehicle loading/unloading and scrap movement.

iii) Monitoring & recording waste/weight data.

iv) Coordinating with drivers and field workers.

v)Supervising warehouse workers and daily operations.

vi) Preparing operational data/reports.

vii) Coordinating with the communication and operations teams.
