Candidates with experience in US Healthcare ( AR Calling Voice process- Denial Management) can apply

What You Will Do:

- Initiate calls requesting status of claims in queue.
- Contact insurance companies for further explanation of denials and underpayments
- Take appropriate action on claims to guarantee resolution.
- Ensure accurate and timely follow up where required.
- Document actions taken in claims billing summary notes
- To prioritize the pending claims for calling from the aging basket
- To make a physical call by following the international norms and applicable rules for confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
- Responsible for working on Denials, Rejections, LOA's to accounts, making required corrections to claims.
- Shall understand and abide by the organizations information security policy and protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of all information assets.
- Shall report incidents related to security of information to concerned authorities.

What You Will Need:

- Must be a graduate
- Good voice and demonstrate professional demeanour via phone.




- Must have 1 + yrs of experience in US Healthcare stream in AR
- Valuable organizational skills demonstrating the ability to execute timely follow-up.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Excellent analytical skills with understanding of health care claims processing.
- Immediate Joiner to 30 days notice.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

- Experience in MS Office Suite

Note: Candidates who are interested are requested to report for the interview between 9:30 AM- 10.00 Am

Remuneration Range: (Max: 3.6 LPA- 5.4 LPA) + Night Shift Allowance

Employees must opt for cab mandatorily, we expect candidates to be within 25 kms radius from the office location. Cab facility will be extended subject to feasibility.

Degree is mandatory- Diploma can't be considered. Proof of documents for recent employment is mandatory.

Candidates who have previously attended the interview but were not selected may reapply only after completing the 6-month period.
