- Ensure that daily allotment are followed-up with insurance and updated in the production log
- Do self-audit for worked calls and make changes wherever required.
- Ensure that timings in relation to in-times/break times & decorum are maintained.
- Ensure that quality benchmark of 98% is maintained.
- Ensure that Capacity Utilization of 100% is maintained.
- Evaluate frequent errors made and rectify.
- Review Client feedbacks for daily worked Claims.
- Ensure participation in the monthly test and knowledge dissemination sessions
