We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a 24x7 Inbound Voice Process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and Hindi and be comfortable working in a rotational shift setting.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle 24x7 inbound customer calls.
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Register and resolve customer complaints.
- Log breakdown/service requests and create tickets.
- Provide product and service-related information.
- Maintain accurate call documentation and update CRM systems.
- Handle customer escalations as per agreed SLA.
- Maintain quality and productivity standards.
- Support daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reporting.

Candidate Requirements




- Excellent communication skills in English + Hindi.
- Freshers or Minimum 6 months of BPO experience
- Graduate / Undergraduate candidates are eligible.
- Should be comfortable working in 24x7 rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice period will be preferred.

Salary & Benefits

Experienced Candidates

- CTC: 2.9 LPA
- Take-home: 18,676 approx.
- CTC structure: 24,496 as applicable

Freshers:
- Take-home: 17,500
