Customer Support Specialist
Location: Banjara Hills, Hyderabad
Responsibilities
- Handle merchant queries via phone and email.
- Resolve issues and provide product support.
- Troubleshoot and escalate technical concerns.
- Maintain support records and share merchant feedback.
- Follow up to ensure timely issue resolution.
Requirements
- Experience in customer support or a similar role.
- Knowledge of CRM/help desk tools is preferred.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Fluency in Tamil, English, and Hindi is mandatory.
- Willing to work rotational shifts with weekly offs.
