Job Title : International Chat Support Executive

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as International Chat Support Executives. This opportunity is open to both freshers and experienced candidates who possess strong written communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

In this role, you will interact with international customers through chat, assist them with their queries, provide timely resolutions, and ensure a seamless customer experience. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple conversations while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Work Location: DLF, Gachibowli, Hyderabad

Compensation & Advantages:

- Freshers: 3.3 LPA
- Experienced Candidates: Up to 3.9 LPA
- Two-way cab facility provided within a 25 KM radius

Eligibility Criteria:

- Undergraduate or Graduate (Any Discipline)
- Freshers and Experienced candidates are welcome to apply
- Good written communication skills in English
- Basic computer knowledge and typing proficiency
- Willingness to work from the office and in rotational shifts

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries via chat
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally
- Maintain high customer satisfaction levels
- Adhere to quality and process guidelines
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when required

Shift & Work Schedule:

- 24/7 rotational shifts
- 5 working days, 2 rotational week-offs
- Comfortable working in night shifts (as per business requirement)
