We have an urgent hiring for Customer Support - Chat role

Looking for candidates who can join us immediately.

Skills Required:

Looking for candidates who can communicate well.

Should be able to understand the process and implement

Must be flexible with shifts.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Should understand customer's issue and handle the queries

Active listening & patience are significant for this role.

Work schedule - 5 days / week & 2 days of rotational week off will be provided.

Shift: Candidates will be working on rotational shifts, predominantly a night shift

Transportation: Cab facility will be provided depending on the assigned shift and the location should be within 25 kms radius.

Work Location: Sutherland, Sriram Gateway IT park, Opp Perungalathur railway station, Chennai.
