Open Positions:
Customer Service Executive (Inbound)
- Handle customer queries through calls and emails.
- Provide accurate information and resolution.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Sales Executive (Outbound Sales)
- Promote and sell Insurance and Mutual Fund products.
- Achieve individual sales targets.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Handle upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Eligibility Criteria: For Customer Service Roles(Mutual Fund Process)
- Graduate (depending on process)
- Freshers can apply for selected processes
- Candidates with 6 months to 1 year of BPO experience preferred
- Positive communication skills
For Sales Roles
- HSC/Graduate
- Minimum 6 months to 2 years of BPO Sales Experience
- Experience in Insurance, Mutual Fund, Banking, Telecom Sales preferred
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Shift Details
- Day Shift Operations
- Fixed Day Shift / Rotational Shift (Process Dependent)
- Any 9-hour work window between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM
- Sunday Fixed Off / Rotational Off (Process Dependent)
