We are looking for a CRM & Sales Coordinator to manage customer relationships, sales coordination, lead follow-ups and day-to-day CRM activities. The candidate will coordinate with customers, sales team, production and dispatch departments to ensure smooth order processing and timely customer communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage customer enquiries, leads and follow-ups through CRM.
- Maintain and update customer and lead databases.
- Coordinate with the sales team for new enquiries and existing customers.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and orders.
- Track order status, production and dispatch schedules.
- Follow up with customers for pending orders and payments.
- Handle customer queries, complaints and service-related issues.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and CRM reports.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM, Excel or ERP software.
- Coordinate with Production, Accounts, Dispatch and Sales teams.
- Maintain regular communication with B2B customers.




- Support the sales team in converting leads into orders.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in manufacturing, textile, packaging or non-woven industry will be preferred.

Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Valuable computer and MS Office knowledge.
