Role & responsibilities

- Machine Setup & Operation
- Production Execution- Run production cycles efficiently, and achieve daily output targets while minimizing cycle times and idle time.
- Drawing & Specification Compliance - Read and interpret mechanical engineering drawings, process route sheets, and GD&T; symbols to machine components within specified dimensional tolerances.
- Offset & Parameter Adjustments- Set work coordinates (G-codes/M-codes), input tool length/diameter offsets, and make wear-offset adjustments to compensate for tool wear and thermal expansion.
- Tooling Management
- Defect Prevention & Reporting
- Preventive Maintenance

Preferred candidate profile Education: 10th Pass / 12th / ITI (Machinist / Fitter / Turner) / Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.

Experience: 1 to 10 years of hands-on operational experience in CNC Lathe / Turning Centers and Vertical Machining Centers (VMC).

Technical Background: Prior experience in precision component manufacturing, automotive parts, tooling, or general engineering job shops.
