We are looking for a result-oriented Civil Project Manager with strong experience in construction project planning, execution, site management, contractor coordination, cost control and project delivery.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing project execution and ensuring timely completion while maintaining quality, safety and budget requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute and manage civil construction projects from start to completion.
- Lead and manage site engineers, supervisors, contractors and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress, schedules, manpower, materials and equipment.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within approved budgets and quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, vendors and other stakeholders.
- Review construction drawings, BOQs, specifications and project requirements.
- Manage project billing, quantities, variations, measurements and documentation.
- Monitor project costs and ensure effective resource utilization.
- Ensure compliance with QA/QC, safety and statutory requirements.
- Identify project risks, delays and site issues and implement corrective actions.




- Conduct regular site meetings and prepare project progress reports.
- Coordinate material planning and procurement requirements.
- Manage project handover, snagging and completion activities.

Candidate Profile

- 8–15 years of relevant experience in civil construction/project management.
- B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Solid hands-on experience in construction project execution.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Willingness to work at project locations as required.
