Position : CNC Milling Operator

Manufacturing / Precision Engineering Industry An excellent opportunity for experienced CNC Milling Operators to work in Singapore under the NTS Manufacturing category with a reputed Precision Engineering company.

Salary & Benefits

- Basic Salary: SGD 1,850 per month
- Housing Allowance: SGD 150 per month
- Estimated Gross Salary: SGD 2,300–2,800 per month
- Overtime Rate: 1.5 as per Singapore Labour Policy
- Sunday & Public Holiday Overtime: 2 Pay

Working Hours

- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Weekly Off: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays

Job Responsibilities

- Set up, operate, and monitor CNC Milling Machines for precision engineering and manufacturing components.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Perform machine setup, tooling selection, and offset adjustments before production.
- Manufacture precision components according to required dimensions and quality standards.
- Inspect finished parts using Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauges, and other precision measuring instruments.




- Perform routine machine maintenance and ensure equipment is in good working condition.
- Follow production schedules while maintaining accuracy, productivity, and safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work workplace in accordance with company safety procedures.

Eligibility Requirements

- Age: Below 45 years.
- Experience: Minimum 4–5 years of hands-on experience as a CNC Milling Operator.
- Mandatory experience in Precision Engineering or Precision Manufacturing.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and operate CNC Milling Machines independently.
- Good communication skills in English are required.
- Freshers are not accepted.
