Job Summary

SMFG India Credit is hiring Executive / Senior Executive – Bureau Desk Customer Support to manage customer queries and service requests related to credit bureau reports, credit scores, loan accounts, and bureau disputes.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries related to credit bureau reports, credit scores, and loan accounts.
- Manage bureau disputes, correction requests, and customer complaints.
- Coordinate with internal teams and credit bureaus for timely resolution.
- Track cases and ensure closure within defined SLA/TAT.
- Handle escalations and provide accurate resolutions.
- Maintain case records and prepare MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and data confidentiality.
- Identify recurring issues and support process improvement initiatives.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline.




- 1–4 years of relevant experience in Customer Support, Banking, NBFC, Fintech, Credit Operations, or Bureau Desk.
- Knowledge of CIBIL, Experian, Equifax, or CRIF will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Good problem-solving, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
