Designation - Executive - Human Resource (Plant)

Location - Mahape, Navi Mumbai

Role & responsibilities

- Recruitment: will be handling end to end recruitment
- KRA Adherence: Ensure KRAs are distributed and understood by all employees.
- Exit and Attrition Management: Conduct interviews and implement retention strategies.
- Employee Reviews: Conduct and track monthly employee reviews.
- Skip Level Calls: Maintain communication with employees to address concerns.
- Employee Grievances: Resolve grievances promptly and maintain low repeat rates.
- Employee Engagement: Plan and execute quarterly engagement activities.
- Project and Reporting: Maintain accurate HR records and publish necessary reports.
- Training and development support within the Head Office domain team and coordinate relevant programs.
- Employee development: Plan and execute monthly employee development plans
- Prepare Plant - HR Policies.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and PPTs.
- Coordinate with Plant HR team for daily activities.

Preferred candidate profile

- Relevant experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing/plant workplace.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, HR processes, and labor practices.
