Eligibility

Any graduate or non-graduate

Robust English communication skills (neutral accent, no mother tongue influence)

Willing to work night shifts only

Basic computer literacy

Prior medical billing/voice process experience is a plus

Interview Details:

Walk-in Interviews: Monday to Friday

Time: From 8:30 PM onwards

Note: Calls will be strictly accepted only after 2 PM on (phone hidden)

Shift Timings

Night Shift: 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM

Weekends Off: Saturday & Sunday

Cab Facility: Not provided





Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound/outbound patient calls (appointments, cancellations, queries)

Verify insurance details & assist with prior authorizations

Ensure HIPAA compliance & patient confidentiality

Provide clear instructions for medical procedures

Document call details & update billing system

Collaborate with teams to resolve billing discrepancies
