We are looking for an Assistant Manager Quality to support and strengthen the hospital's quality management, accreditation, compliance, and patient safety initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and ensure compliance with NABH and other accreditation standards.

- Conduct internal audits, assessments, mock drills, and readiness checks.

- Develop, review, and implement hospital policies, SOPs, and quality systems.

- Monitor Quality Indicators (QIs) and prepare quality reports.

- Manage documentation related to accreditation, audits, incidents, and compliance.

- Monitor and follow up on CAPA and quality improvement initiatives.

- Analyse quality data, identify trends, and recommend improvements.

- Supervise and guide Quality Executives and junior team members.

- Conduct and coordinate training on quality systems, hospital policies, emergency codes, and patient safety.

- Coordinate with department heads to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

- Promote a culture of patient safety, quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Qualification - MHA / MBA in Hospital & Healthcare Management
