Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and performance-driven Assistant Manager / Manager Sales &

Marketing to drive sales growth across B2B segments. The role involves managing sales operations, handling key clients, achieving targets, and leading a sales team to ensure consistent business development and market expansion.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales

targets
- Allocate targets, monitor individual and team performance, and provide regular coaching and

guidance
- Handle key B2B clients and support the team in closing high-value deals
- Plan and execute effective sales strategies to expand market presence
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and channel partners
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports,



and performance analysis for management review
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth order execution
- Monitor competitor activities and suggest improvements in pricing and sales approach
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and timely resolution of client issues
