Job Responsibilities

- Perform assembly and production activities for EV battery and related components.

- Follow work instructions, SOPs, and production schedules.

- Assemble electrical and mechanical components as per specifications.

- Check wiring, connectors, fasteners, and component fitment during assembly.

- Perform basic inspection and testing of assembled products.

- Identify production defects and report them to the supervisor or Quality team.

- Use hand tools, power tools, and basic measuring instruments safely.

- Support troubleshooting and rework of defective assemblies.

- Maintain proper documentation and production records.

- Follow 5S, safety procedures, and quality standards at the workplace.

- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to resolve production issues.

- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the production area.Role & responsibilities
