Mandatory Skills

- Strong experience in developing and deploying web applications.
- Proficiency in Java, preferably Java 11, JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager 6.5.
- Strong understanding of the AEM technology stack, including OSGi, Sling, CRX and HTL.
- Experience developing AEM Sites, templates, components, workflows and content models.
- Knowledge of permissions, tagging, Package Manager and AEM administrative functions.
- Experience with AEM Author,



Publish and metadata management.
- Familiarity with Git, Gradle, Jenkins, Jira, Eclipse IDE and CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and deliver high-quality, scalable AEM solutions.
- Create and maintain AEM components, templates, workflows and Sites.
- Develop effective code for AEM Author and Publish environments.
- Follow SDLC, technical governance and coding best practices.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and application deployment activities.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, backlog grooming and sprint planning.
- Collaborate with developers, QA teams and product owners.
- Diagnose AEM-related code, browser and application issues.
- Help the team effectively utilize and enhance the AEM platform.
