Job Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with company accounting, financial, and regulatory policies.
- Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
- Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets and profit & loss reports.
- Prepare monthly and periodic management accounts and financial reports.
- Reconcile bank accounts, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other financial records.
- Prepare invoices, payment records, receipts, and other accounting documents.
- Monitor customer receivables, supplier payments, and outstanding balances.
- Prepare budgets, cash flow forecasts, and financial projections.
- Analyze revenue, costs, expenses, and overall financial performance.
- Compare actual financial results against budgets and report significant variances.
- Support management with cost control, pricing, and profitability analysis.
- Prepare project, departmental, and management reports as required.
- Provide financial insights and analysis to support business decision-making.




- Prepare and submit MIRA tax returns and statutory compliance documents on time.
- Assist with internal and external audits and resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Stay updated with accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial compliance requirements.
- Perform finance, administrative, and sales-related accounting duties assigned by management.

Requirements

- Minimum Degree or Advanced Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance.
- Strong knowledge of financial and management accounting principles.
- Good understanding of accounting regulations, procedures, and financial reporting standards.
- Experience using accounting software.
- Knowledge of MIRA tax regulations and statutory submissions is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Good communication, organizational, and time management skills.
