Role Description This full-time, on-site Waitress role is based in Hyderabad and focuses on delivering friendly, efficient, and professional service to guests. Day-to-day responsibilities include greeting and seating guests, presenting menus, taking food and beverage orders, and accurately entering orders into the system.

The role involves serving food and drinks, ensuring tables are clean and properly set, and responding promptly to guest requests or concerns.



The Waitress will coordinate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service, follow food safety and hygiene standards, and handle payments and receipts. The position requires maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, supporting team members during busy hours, and upholding Onholidays’ service standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Candidates should possess Food & Beverage and Food Service skills to manage menu knowledge, order handling, and table service.
- Candidates should possess basic Cooking or food preparation awareness to coordinate with the kitchen and understand dish components.
- Candidates should possess attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in a rapid-paced hospitality environment.
- Candidates should possess flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and basic numeracy for handling bills and payments.
- Previous experience in restaurants, hotels, or cafes is an advantage; formal hospitality training or certification is beneficial.
