Job Summary:

Souffle Gourmet Cafe is seeking a friendly, high-energy, and detail and well oriented Female Waitress to join our front-of-house service team. As the face of our cafe, you will welcome guests, ensure smooth table service, assist with food and beverage selections, and maintain a warm, welcoming cafe atmosphere for our Vasai West community.

Key Responsibilities (Guest Service & Table Management):

· Warmly greet guests as they arrive, escort them to tables, and present menus.

· Provide detailed menu explanations, highlighting coffee specialties, gourmet dishes, desserts, and daily specials.

· Take accurate food and beverage orders using the cafe’s Point of Sale (POS) system or order notepads.

· Communicate dietary preferences, allergies, and special requests directly to the kitchen and barista staff.

· Serve freshly prepared coffee, beverages, pastries, and food items promptly and with attention to presentation.

Operations & Maintenance:

· Maintain clean, organized dining areas (indoor and outdoor seating), ensuring tables are quickly cleared, sanitized, and reset for new guests.

· Assist in preparing table settings, condiments (Salt/Pepper), napkins,



and service stations before and during peak hours.

· Process guest bills and handle payments via cash, UPI, cards, or digital wallets accurately.

Customer Experience & Teamwork:

· Check in with guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns proactively.

· Work closely with baristas, Cashier and kitchen crew to maintain quick turnaround times.

· Adhere strictly to cafe hygiene, safety, and food management standards.

Requirements:

· Experience: 0 to 2 years of prior experience in a cafe, bistro, bakery, or restaurant setting. (Freshers with (Strong Interpersonal Skills) are welcome to apply).

· Languages: Working knowledge of English and Hindi. Knowledge of Marathi is preferred for interacting with local patrons.

· Skills:

· Energetic, polite, and customer-focused attitude.

· Valuable multitasking ability and physical stamina to stand and move during shifts.

· Basic numerical skills for order taking and cash/billing management.

· Ability to work effectively in a team during rush hours.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
