About the Role

Mia Cuccinna is looking for smart, well-groomed, friendly, and guest-focused Waitresses / Stewardesses to join our restaurant team.

The ideal candidate should have a pleasant personality, good communication skills, and a strong passion for hospitality and guest service.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and greet guests with a warm and professional attitude.
- Present menus and explain food, beverages, offers, and special items to guests.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
- Have basic knowledge of the food menu, ingredients, preparation, and allergens.
- Have basic knowledge of wines, cocktails, spirits, beers, and other beverages.
- Serve food and beverages professionally and according to restaurant standards.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, and service team for timely order execution.
- Check on guests regularly to ensure a comfortable dining experience.
- Recommend suitable food and beverage options when required.
- Assist in upselling food, desserts, wines, cocktails, and other beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper presentation of tables and guest areas.
- Follow correct table-setting, clearing, and service procedures.
- Handle guest requests and complaints politely and inform the supervisor when required.
- Assist with restaurant opening and closing duties.
- Maintain proper grooming, hygiene, and uniform standards.
- Follow all company SOPs, hygiene, safety, and service standards.
- Support the team during busy hours, events,



and special occasions.

Candidate Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience as a Waitress, Stewardess, Server, or similar hospitality role.
- Experience in a premium restaurant, hotel, café, lounge, or fine-dining establishment preferred.
- Good communication and guest-handling skills.
- Pleasant, confident, and presentable personality.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Willingness to learn about wines, cocktails, spirits, and food & beverage pairing.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
- Valuable spoken English and Hindi; additional languages are an advantage.
- Flexible to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
