Qualification
- B. Tech / B.E. (Civil or Mechanical Engineering preferred).
- MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.

Experience:
- 5 - 10 years of experience in PEB project sales and business development.
- Proven track record of securing orders for industrial and commercial PEB projects.

- PEB Consultants
- Structural Consultants
- ArchitectsPMCs
- EPC Contractors
- Industrial Developers
- Corporate Clients

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Generate new business opportunities for PEB projects through direct customer meetings and field visits.
- Identify and approach industrial clients, EPC contractors, consultants, architects, PMC companies, builders,



and corporate clients.
- Develop long-term business relationships with key decision-makers.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Sales & Marketing:
- Promote the company's PEB products and solutions in the market.
- Conduct customer presentations and technical discussions.
- Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed orders.

Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Regularly visit customers to understand their upcoming project requirements.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Market Development:
- Develop new markets and expand the company's customer base.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Identify upcoming industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects.

Coordination:
- Coordinate with the Design, Estimation, Production, and Project E
