Job Description - Application Support Analyst

Position Summary
- Key Responsibilities- Provide L1/L2 production support for trading, portfolio and risk systems- Troubleshoot issues in deal capture, booking, lifecycle events- Analyze pricing, valuation and risk outputs- Perform data validation and reconciliation- Build dashboards for analytics tracking- Use Python for data analysis and automation- Work closely with traders, portfolio managers and risk teams- Coordinate with development teams for fixes and releases- Support UAT, deployments, and system upgrades- Required Skills & Experience-
- Experience in investment banking or asset management- Knowledge of fixed income and derivatives- Understanding of risk and valuation concepts- Python knowledge (basic scripting, analysis)- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Valuable communication skills




- Preferred Skills- Experience with portfolio or risk systems- SQL knowledge- Exposure to pricing or risk models
- Education- Financial Engineering / Quantitative Finance with Python knowledge OR- Computer Engineering / IT with financial domain experience
