- The Cluster Head - Banca Channel is responsible for leading the banca business for an assigned cluster by driving RM performance, productivity, market share growth, and disciplined execution across all products. The role ensures cluster‑level premium delivery, portfolio quality, and strong partner relationships, while building a high‑accountability RM team.:
Key Responsibilities
Cluster Business & Premium Delivery:
- Own and deliver cluster issued premium vs targets through RM performance and direct ownership of mid‑sized ticket issuances.
- Forecast business performance and take timely corrective actions to close delivery gaps.
RM Planning, Productivity & Performance Management
- Plan and allocate RMs effectively, ensuring RM span of control is within prescribed limits.
- Track RM‑level productivity, conversion, and threshold performance.
- Improve the share of RMs crossing threshold performance and qualifying for incentives.
- Identify and intervene early on low performers.
- Hire, train, coach, and groom RMs through regular reviews and joint branch visits.
- Drive rewards & recognition within the cluster, ensuring 60%+ RMs qualify for incentives.
Branch Coverage & Market Share Growth
- Drive active branch coverage, ensuring the required % of branches contribute every month.
- Reactivate dormant branches and improve consistency across the cluster.
- Grow Digit’s market share in key branches and priority accounts by increasing penetration and share of wallet.
Conversion & Chance Management
- Improve aggregated RM quote‑to‑login conversion across the cluster.
- Directly own and convert mid‑sized opportunities.
- Identify early signs of conversion or productivity drop‑offs and act decisively.
Portfolio Quality & Profitability
- Maintain portfolio ROE above minimum defined thresholds.
