- Job Title: Senior Digital Engineer (Frontend)

- About the role
- We're looking for a Front End Engineering Lead based in India, working a hybrid model with time in one of our offices a few days each week alongside the flexibility to work remotely. This is a technical lead role at its core, with the opportunity to lead with purpose and build high-quality digital experiences that enable better decision-making at scale.

There's potential to grow into people leadership over time, though that isn't a requirement from day one. You'll work closely with UX designers and product leads as part of a centre of expertise, with exposure to a wide variety of Mott MacDonald's digital initiatives and projects across the business.

You'll balance hands-on technical delivery with strategic thinking, helping to shape how we build, scale, and evolve our front-end capability while fostering a culture of learning.
