Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out routine electrical repair and maintenance work such as switches, sockets, lights, fans, wiring, MCBs, etc.
- Attend to plumbing work including taps, pipelines, wash basins, toilets, leakage, drainage and fittings.
- Handle basic carpentry work such as door, window, furniture, locks, hinges and minor repairs.
- Carry out minor masonry/civil works including plastering, patchwork, drilling, tile repairs and other small repairs.
- Identify maintenance issues and attend to them promptly.
- Conduct regular inspection of classrooms, washrooms, corridors, offices and other school facilities.
- Maintain tools, equipment and basic maintenance materials properly.
- Coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor/Admin team for major repairs.
- Follow all school safety procedures while carrying out maintenance work.




- Maintain cleanliness of the work area after completing repairs.
- Respond promptly to urgent maintenance requirements.
- ITI/technical qualification will be an advantage.
- Hands-on experience in electrical, plumbing, carpentry and minor civil work.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve routine maintenance problems independently.
- Positive knowledge of basic tools and safety practices.
- Reliable, punctual and responsible.
- Ability to work in a school environment with discipline and professionalism.
- Prior experience in a school, hotel, residential complex, commercial building or similar institution will be preferred.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
