Role Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping:Record day-to-day transactions in Tally Prime — journal entries, ledgers and bank reconciliations — under the guidance of senior accountants.
- GST Support:Assist in preparing GST returns (GSTR-1, 3B) and in reconciling GSTR-2B with the purchase register.
- TDS Support:Assist in computing and depositing TDS and in preparing TDS returns and Form 16 / 16A.




- Income Tax Support:Assist in gathering data and preparing computations for Income Tax Returns (ITRs) of individuals and small firms.
- Data & Documentation:Maintain records, organise vouchers and supporting documents, and follow up with clients for pending information.
- Audit Assistance:Help prepare working papers and schedules, and support senior team members during statutory and internal audits.
- Learning & Growth:Actively learn firm processes, compliance timelines and tools, and take on increasing responsibility over time.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent commerce background.
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a CA-firm / accounts role.
- Basic working knowledge of GST, TDS and Income Tax concepts.
- Familiarity with Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- A genuine eagerness to learn and grow in the accounting and taxation field.
