1. End-to-End Recruitment
- Job Posting
- Collaborate closely with HRBPs to align recruitment efforts with business strategies.

2. Hiring tools and technology

Ensure effective use of the portal to streamline hiring processes
- Conduct proactive outreach and searches to attract top talent.
- Find and Engage Hard-to-Reach Talent
- Enable a Diversity Strategy and Ensure Diverse Talent Pools - TA COE
- Build and Maintain Healthy Pipelines of Engaged Talent

3. Collaboration with Hiring Managers
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific recruitment needs, organizational culture, and skill requirements for open positions.
- Provide strategic support and insights throughout the hiring process to ensure alignment with unit objectives.

4. Collaboration with Consultant, Institutes
- Establish and strengthen relationships with universities, colleges,



and vocational institutions for internship and entry-level recruitment opportunities

What You Need to Succeed

Qualifications and Skills:
Graduate or PG with 1-2 years of experience
- Experience of hiring tech roles and GCC experience is preferred
- Excellent communication skills
