Senior Executive / Assistant Manager - Customer Service (Exports):

On behalf of our client, a leading international Freight Forwarding and Logistics organization, we are looking for experienced professionals for the position of Senior Executive / Assistant Manager - Customer Service (Exports).

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end export customer service activities and shipment coordination.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding shipment status, documentation, and operational updates.
- Coordinate with carriers, shipping lines, airlines, transporters, overseas agents, and internal operations teams.
- Ensure timely preparation and accuracy of export-related documentation.
- Proactively monitor shipments and provide regular status updates to customers.
- Address customer queries, service issues, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with customer SOPs, regulatory requirements, and company processes.




- Maintain solid customer relationships and identify opportunities to enhance service levels.
- Update shipment and customer information accurately in ERP systems.
- Support management reporting, KPI tracking, and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements:
- Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
- 3 to 7 years of experience in Export Customer Service, preferably within Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
- Strong knowledge of export documentation, shipment coordination, and customer relationship management.
- Experience handling ocean freight and/or air freight export shipments.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience handling US trade lanes/customers will be preferred.
- Knowledge of ERP systems, CRM platforms, or other logistics software will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and customer-focused environm
