The role requires strong leadership capabilities, operational excellence, and the ability to manage multi-unit restaurant or hospitality operations while ensuring high standards of service, efficiency, and profitability.

- Oversee end-to-end operations across all outlets
- Ensure smooth functioning of daily business operations
- Develop and implement operational strategies and standard operating procedures
- Monitor performance, productivity, and service quality across all locations
- Manage budgets, cost control, and overall profitability
- Lead, train, and supervise outlet managers and department heads
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal regulations
- Coordinate with different departments for seamless operations
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures
- Drive business growth through operational efficiency and innovation
