Job Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers/Admission Counsellors to guide MBBS and NEET PG aspirants regarding our educational programs and assist them throughout the admission process.
Key Responsibilities
- Call prospective students and parents from the provided leads.
- Explain NEET Guruji courses, fees, offers, and admission process.
- Counsel students and resolve their queries professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and lead status in the CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with the sales and academic teams for smooth onboarding.
- Achieve daily calling, follow-up, and admission targets.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
- Prior experience in telecalling, counselling, sales, or customer support is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.

Work Details
- Location: Kolkata (Work from Office)
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Working Hours: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
