Vice President, Legal & Compliance

We are seeking a Vice President to join our internal Legal & Compliance team. This position will ideally be based in our NYC or LA offices and is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work remotely up to 2 days per week.





This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

What You’ll Do:
Corporate, Commercial & Business Support

Perform initial reviews of non-disclosure agreements and client agreements - including engagement letters, master consulting services agreements, and other documents - leveraging contract playbooks and legal AI tools to flag issues for attorney review

Collect, organize, and report information needed for client requests for proposal, vendor due diligence, and alliance partner onboarding

Support the office of the Chief Legal & Integration Officer, and the relevant business units, on M&A; transactions and strategic corporate development initiatives

Employment Law

Draft various employment-related agreements, including offer letters, contractor agreements, and separation agreements

Utilize AI to streamline workflows within the employment law function

Stay current on the latest AI trends and other technolog
