Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Recruitment
- Source IT professionals through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and internal databases.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future requirements.
- Conduct initial HR and technical screening interviews.

Recruitment Operations
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle.
- Negotiate compensation, rates, and offer details.
- Maintain recruitment data in ATS and internal systems.

Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure compliance with client and company hiring policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1 to 5+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of IT technologies, skills, and terminology.
- Experience with job boards such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Indeed.




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working with W2, C2C, and 1099 employment models.
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools.

Preferred Skills
- Experience recruiting for technologies such as Java,.NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, and ERP platforms.
- Knowledge of US tax terms, visas (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT), and employment regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
