Position Overview

A Mumbai-based ethnic-wear brand, is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to support day-to-day accounting and reconciliation across its retail and multi-channel e-commerce operations (Shopify, international storefront, and Amazon.in). The role is based at our Jaipur office and works closely with the senior accountant, HR/Admin, and operations teams.

Designation: Accounts Executive

Department: Finance & Accounts

Location: 153, SMS Colony, Shipra Path, Mansarovar, Jaipur 302020

Timing: 10:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Key Responsibilities:
Record daily accounting entries — journal, ledgers, purchases, sales, and expenses in Tally / accounting software.

Maintain accounts payable and receivable; track vendor payments, customer receipts, and outstanding balances.

Assist with GST and TDS data preparation, working papers, and return filing support.

Perform bank reconciliations across accounts and payment gateways.

Prepare and maintain expense records, petty cash, and supporting documentation.

Support monthly MIS,



expense summaries, and reporting for the senior accountant/management.

Maintain organised, audit-ready financial records and filing.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
B.Com / M.Com or equivalent commerce qualification.

1-3 years of accounting experience (retail or e-commerce preferred; freshers with solid basics may apply).

Working knowledge of Tally ERP and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, basic reconciliations).

Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting practices.

Accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.

Trustworthy, organised, and able to handle confidential financial data with integrity.

Preferred Attributes:
Prior experience in fashion, apparel, or retail/e-commerce accounting.

Willingness to learn and grow into a senior accounting role.

Good communication and coordination skills across teams.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
