Position Summary

We are seeking talented Quality Engineers who are passionate about delivering high-quality software and championing a culture of quality throughout the product development lifecycle. These individuals work closely with Engineers, Product Managers, and Designers to plan, build,



and execute testing strategies that ensure technical solutions are effective, user-centric, and aligned with business goals. From large-scale features to the smallest details, Quality Engineers play a vital role in validating functionality and driving continuous improvement across teams.
- Key Areas of Responsibility
- Develop testing plans, frameworks, test cases, and test scripts
- Execute unit, automated, and manual tests and code reviews
- Document and track defects with clear reporting on severity and resolution status

Product Strategy, Vision, and Planning
- Participate in agile planning events by offering quality-focused insights during PI planning, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives
- Work with Product Owners, Engineers, and Designers to define quality objectives, identify risks, and promote early testing practices
- Help define acceptance criteria and develop comprehensive test strategies including scope, environments,
