JOB DESCRIPTION:
Technical Trainer specializing in Injectable Manufacturing Operations
Plays a crucial role in imparting knowledge and skills related to sterile pharmaceutical production.
Here are the key responsibilities and qualifications for this role:
Course Development:
Designing and developing training material on injectable manufacturing processes, aseptic techniques, and cleanroom practices.
Creating engaging presentations and interactive content for trainees.
Training Delivery:
Conducting training sessions, workshops, and webinars for production staff.
Ensuring effective knowledge transfer on topics such as aseptic behaviour, aseptic filling, lyophilization, and sterilization.
Unit Operations Expertise:
In-depth knowledge of injectable manufacturing unit operations:
Aseptic Filling: Understanding the principles of sterile product filling.
Lyophilization (Freeze-Drying): Familiarity with freeze-drying processes.
Sterilization
Compounding
Visual Inspection
Process Troubleshooting:
Addressing common issues encountered during injectable manufacturing.
Providing practical solutions to challenges in aseptic environments.
Requirements and Skills:
Domain experience related injectable manufacturing operations
