Accountabilities
Support the identification, screening, and interviewing of operational candidates based on short-term staffing requirements and defined job specifications.
Participate in sourcing passive candidates by assessing their local expertise, availability, and short-term career potential against specific client needs.
Use job boards, social media, direct outreach, and other sourcing methods to identify qualified candidates, including individuals with limited online presence.
Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates throughout the sourcing and placement process, ensuring a skilled and engaging experience.
Clearly communicate role expectations, job opportunities, and the client's value proposition to prospective candidates.
Maintain recruitment tracking systems and provide relevant sourcing and recruitment metrics to designated stakeholders.
