What this job involves:
This position works directly with client's customers to help them identify and book their desired meeting rooms and event spaces within client corporate offices in the APAC region while reporting to the Assistant Program Manager. You will respond to customer requests and inquiries to ensure meeting room and event space bookings are processed accurately and efficiently while ensuring customers receive timely confirmation and clear communication throughout the booking process.
This role contributes to JLL's business objectives by providing qualified service excellence in fast-paced, demanding corporate environment while passing confirmed bookings to local Service Delivery team to support event execution, maintaining JLL's reputation for excellence in corporate real estate services through seamless booking coordination and customer communication as part of three-person permanent APAC booking team based in Bangalore or Hyderabad.
What your day-to-day will look like:
Work directly with client's customers to help them identify and book desired meeting rooms and event spaces within Client corporate offices in APAC region
Respond to customer requests and inquiries to ensure meeting room and event space bookings are processed accurately and efficiently
Ensure customers receive timely confirmation and clear communication throughout booking process
Pass confirmed bookings to local Service Delivery
