Business Title: Assistant Logistic Manager
Location: Gurgaon, DLGH DC (Jhajjar)
About the Role:
As a OT Ass. Manager, you will lead and execute innovative supply chain solutions tailored for our key customers, with a strong focus on customer centricity, operational excellence, and value creation.
You will closely collaborate with Sales, Branch SCM teams, D&SP;, Logistics, and KAMs, Customer SC team, to deliver best in class service, maximize on shelf availability, and drive strategic customer programs.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Management & Collaboration
• Lead end to end supply chain engagement with OT customers.
• Build and enhance customer relationships; serve as the primary point of contact for SC interactions.
• Drive joint value creation projects with customers (availability, replenishment models, automation, digital tools), JBP & Regional connects.
• Influence customers and internal stakeholders without authority; demonstrate robust negotiation capabilities & Issue resolving.
Operational Excellence & Efficiency- CRFR Monitoring




• Ensure high performance on Customer Order Fulfilment (CRFR), OSA/OLA, freshness, and service KPIs.
• Lead customer roadmaps, operational reviews (daily/weekly/monthly), and JBP operational execution.
• Understand and optimize the Unilever–Customer supply chain ecosystem, including Nano DC, DC Inventory, forecasting, stock cover, CRFR, and order to delivery cycles.
• Drive operational efficiency through data analytics, insights, and structured problem solving.
• PODs/ePODs Management along with reco closure in N-1 Month with CD Finance.
Cross functional Leadership
• Work closely with Branch SCM, D&SP; (HO), CSC, Finance, Sales teams, and logistics partners.
• Lead Regional connects & cross functional initiatives to improve customer centric execution.
• Anchor Branch OT Lead and support eCommerce & modern trade fulfilment capability building.

• Drive digital integration with customers – E
