Purpose
As a Regulatory Reporting-Officer you will be responsible for supporting end-to-end ownership, oversight, and completion of regulatory reporting processes, ensuring accurate, complete, and timely submission of regulatory returns to global and local regulators.
The role requires deep expertise across regulatory reporting, financial reporting, internal control frameworks. The Officer will act as a key stakeholder assisting with requests from regulators, internal senior management, technology and audit, while driving continuous improvement, automation and control enhancement across the regulatory reporting framework.
Responsibilities & Tasks Include
Regulatory Reporting & Framework Ownership
Complete, accurate and timely weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting to applicable regulators, including but not limited to FFIEC 031, FFIEC 030, FR Y-9LP, FR 2314, FR 2886b and FR Y-11.
Perform reconciliations across products, reports and schedules.
Analyze financial data to complete filings, understand fluctuations and uncover potential inaccuracies.




Support end-to-end oversight of regulatory reporting processes, including daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual submissions to applicable regulators.
Ensure adherence to regulatory reporting frameworks, governance standards, and internal control requirements across all reports.
Review, challenge, and approve regulatory submissions prior to filing, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
Data Flow, Lineage & Controls
Demonstrate solid understanding of reporting requirements and processes.
Assist with data lineage documentation, ensuring transparency from source to submission.
Support design, implementation, and monitoring of robust control frameworks, including reconciliations, variance analysis, issue tracking, and remediation.
Analysis, Review & Issue Resolution
Drive timely, accurate and complete legal entity reporting, through review or preparation, as required, contributing to other reporting processes
