As an Engineer 2, Disciplinary Engineering and Science - Materials Science, you will be responsible for:
Material Analysis and Testing of various components as per the quality standards and specifications.
Work with multidisciplinary teams and vendors related to lab operations that include equipment related issues solving, consumable sourcing, calibrations & HSE activities.
Perform metallographic sample preparation, microscopy with image analysis, hardness,
surface roughness measurements & material heat treatments as per the International and BH specifications.
Create and maintain Work Instructions, Standard Operating Procedures, Job Risk Analysis for the lab processes.
Review of vendors’ special process procedures and perform technical evaluation to ensure the quality of the products meet the respective global standards such as ASTM, ASME etc., and BH internal standards.
Review Global Repair documents to ensure the quality standards stipulated by the specific component and process specifications. Recommend the best repair process flow sequence of the components that can increase productivity during repair cycle.
Actively participate in HSE lab audits and work on providing secure working lab place and environment based on audit findings.

To be successful in this role you will:
Master’s or bachelor’s degree in metallurgical engineering from an accredited university with 1-2 years of w
