Job Description:
Essential Experience and Job Requirements:
15+ years of qualified experience, including 6+ years in technical solution design within large, complex, multi-domain/platform environments.
Strong Salesforce domain expertise across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, with conceptual knowledge of Marketing Cloud.
Proven ability to create technical documentation, deliver executive-level presentations, and participate in architecture review boards/forums.
Working knowledge of cloud technologies and enterprise architecture principles.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce customisation tools and techniques.
Expertise in designing secure, scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with Salesforce Architecture best practices.
Advanced knowledge of Sharing & Visibility models, Data Architecture, and Integration Architecture.
Experience managing the Salesforce deployment lifecycle, including Salesforce DX, version control, and release management best practices.
Skilled in vendor management, financial planning,



and procurement fundamentals.
Experience providing high-level effort estimates, project cost forecasts, budget planning, and financial oversight.
Demonstrated ability to proactively identify dependencies and risks, define mitigation strategies, and drive successful delivery outcomes.
Capable of defining business benefits, quantifying financial value, and developing cost-benefit analyses for business initiatives.
Experience leading and managing major programmes/projects impacting multiple business functions.
Ability to develop and execute operational and financial plans with a 12+ month horizon, while tracking performance and delivery against targets.
Proven track record of working with and influencing senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
Experience managing large teams, providing technical coaching and mentoring.
Experience delivering global projects/products within large, geographically distributed teams.
