Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer – Finishing to manage and supervise high-quality finishing works across construction projects. The candidate should have robust expertise in civil finishing, site execution, BOQ, drawing interpretation, and vendor/contractor management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise finishing works including flooring, tiling, plastering, masonry, waterproofing, false ceilings, and painting.
Ensure quality, timely execution, and compliance with project specifications.
Interpret AutoCAD drawings and execute work accordingly.
Prepare and review BOQ, quantity calculations, and material requirements.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, subcontractors, and site teams.




Conduct regular site inspections and ensure QA/QC and safety compliance.
Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, and timelines.
Resolve site-related technical issues and provide guidance to execution teams.
Maintain project reports, documentation, and progress updates.
Ensure finishing works are completed within approved timelines and budgets.

Requirements

Minimum 7 years of experience in Civil Finishing / Interior Finishing / Building Construction.
Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Strong hands-on experience in flooring, tiling, plastering, masonry, waterproofing, false ceilings, and painting.
Good knowledge of AutoCAD drawing interpretation, BOQ, estimation, and quantity calculations.
Experience in vendor, contractor, and subcontractor management.
Strong knowledge of site execution, quality control, and construction practices.
Good communication, team management, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel across project sites in Kolkata.
